5 Habits To Leave Behind in 2020

What if i told you that 2020 could really be your year? it can be. But you need to remember, that best years are created one day at a time, one action at a time. I know this is too late, but better start now than never. A habit is a pattern of behavior, and when something negative is repeated over and over again, it not only impacts your attitude and behavior, but your relationships and overall health too. Now is the time to commit to yourself and leave behind these 5 bad habits in 2020:

People often try many different ways to get rid of their negative thoughts (me too), including distractions, diversions only to later mentally beat themselves up for being still stuck in their negativity.

Some people break promises time and again. Blah. No matter how small they are, they are a commitment you gave your word for and when broken lose a lot of trust between yourself and the other party and other ppl.

What would you think? being treated like God sounds superb, and his jealousy may mean he really gets invested in his relationships, that he really cares. And who wouldn’t want a little fire and spice in their partner, someone with real passion? Manipulation existed everywhere; power play can became routine. Almost every serious argument only stopped after either one of you broke down.

If you took the strengths of others, and compared them to your weaknesses, how do you think you’d size up? and do you think this would make you feel good? the funny thing is, this is what most of us do at one time or another and some of us do pretty often. But — wait a minute, it’s not a fair comparison!

Oh no. this’s little bit difficult. BUT — we can. should. must. do. it. There’s no better way to handle cravings than planning your meals and snacks ahead of time. If you have a healthy meal and snacks packed and ready for you at lunchtime and in the afternoon, you’re far less likely to grab a leftover piece of pizza, chicken wings, nugget or etc.
